The Architect of the System

2,000+ Hours. Three Disciplines. One Integrated Path.

01. The Foundation

My journey didn't start with a desire to teach exercise; it started with a desire to heal. Over the course of 2,000+ hours of private clinical teaching, I have worked with hundreds of bodies, witnessing the complex interplay between physical structure and emotional holding patterns.

Certified by Polestar Pilates (Rehab & Studio), the gold standard in rehabilitation Pilates, I mastered the biomechanics of the human body. But I quickly realized that mechanics alone were not enough. A perfectly executed movement means nothing if the nervous system is screaming in silence.

02. The Intersection

Why do we hold tension in our shoulders? Why does the psoas grip when we feel unsafe? To answer these questions, I had to look outside the gym.

I returned to my roots in Anthropology to understand the body as a "cultural vessel"—how our modern lifestyle colonizes our movement. I dove into Psychotherapy and Neuroscience to understand the Polyvagal Theory and the biology of safety.

I discovered that true alignment isn't just about bones; it's about safety, history, and expression.

03. The Stellatic System

The Stellatic Somatic System is the synthesis of these three worlds. It is not just Pilates. It is an inquiry.

We use the precision of Pilates to build strength, but we use the lens of Somatics to build awareness. We don't just "fix" the body; we listen to it. We reclaim the dispersed parts of the self—the parts lost to trauma, stress, and societal expectation—and invite them back home.
